My name is Gabriel, I offer a compassionate and grounded space for people who are ready to reclaim their sense of self and build a life rooted in clarity, connection, and purpose.​With over 11 years in personal recovery and a Master’s in Psychology, my work is grounded in both lived experience and clinical expertise. I’ve supported clients through a wide range of challenges, including:​

I draw from evidence-based approaches like ACT, DBT, CBT, IFS, and Humanistic psycholofy to support deep, sustainable transformation.
